06/09/2013  Try tightening your gap, don't worry about how your crush looks relative to your old corona mill. I have used a barley crusher for about 4 years. Learn what a good crush looks like and how it acts in the mash tun, and settings won't matter to you. Not to mention, a setting that works with one person's system might not work for another's. Keep in mind that you're making grist, not gaps! The finer you mill your grain, the higher your efficiency will be. I advise you to keep reducing the gap slightly every time you brew. If you

23/11/2015  My Barley Crusher gap is set at 0.016″ (0.4 mm.) I do get lots of grain dust in my wort, even though I use a fine mesh polyester voile bag.
